What it cannot do
It cannot read a manifest, so it cannot judge one. Anyone can write anything to it, and nothing can be deleted. The content rules run on this site, which chooses what it shows: an entry that breaks them stays on chain but is not displayed here. Two wallets of one person can endorse the same character; counts are a signal, not proof.
