AI Interaction

Chat in character, streamed, with hard limits.

A character's personality and instructions set how it talks. The browser sends them with each message, and the server checks all of it again every time, because nothing a browser sends can be trusted.

Answers are streamed and checked as they arrive. If an answer breaks the rules, it is stopped and removed. Each answer has a token cap, and each network has a request limit and a daily token budget.

Without a key on the server the page says "not configured on this site yet", and everything else still works.
